Mr. Sartayev has experience in managing projects, factories, committees and associations, private limited company, national state and engineering company.

Salakheden Sartayev has over 48 years of experience in the oil and gas and construction industries.

Mr. Sartayev has been with KGNT for over 10 years. During this time, he held the position of Director of OGFEI KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS LLP (Field Infrastructure Development Division), engaged in the examination of all projects executed by KGNT, to better prepare the next stages of approval of state regulatory bodies. From 2018 to the present, Mr. Sartayev as Acting Chief Engineering Officer – Chief Engineer represents the interests of the project engineering team.

Salakheden Sartayev is one of the unique professionals who combines significant experience in the field of business organization and knowledge of the world’s best corporate governance practices. Under his leadership, the execution and management of large investment projects in the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out.

Salaheden Sartayev was awarded the badge “Qurmetti Qurılısşı” of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
