✨ KGNT at Career EXPO 2025 in KazGASA – where future engineers are born ✨

On November 26, KGNT took part in Career EXPO 2025: Technologies. Practice. Opportunities, dedicated to the 45th anniversary of KazGASA, an event that brought together purposeful, motivated and talented students and graduates.

In the new interactive format of the technology showrooms, participants were able not only to hear about the profession, but to experience it in practice: to see how engineering solutions are created, ask questions to specialists and imagine themselves as part of a large and significant industry.

📍 The dialogues about the future sounded especially vivid at the KGNT booth. We talked about the professions of tomorrow, about major projects, about the real challenges and career opportunities in engineering. The students asked questions, shared their ideas, and showed a sincere interest in the engineering profession and their professional development.

We believe that such meetings become the starting point for great career stories.

On November 26, Astana hosted the international forum Central Asia: A New Silk Road to Sustainable Development arranged by the UN Global Compact Network in Central Asia and the United Nations in Kazakhstan.

KGNT employees became a part of this significant event which brought together representatives of states, international organizations, business and the expert community of the region.

KGNT’s participation in the forum is a confirmation of the company’s involvement in the global sustainable development agenda and represents another step towards shaping a responsible and technological future for Central Asia.

We were delighted to take part in the job fair at KBTU, which took place this week. It was a great opportunity to meet talented students, learn about their ambitions, and talk about career prospects at our company.

During the event, we compiled a database of resumes from the applicants who showed genuine interest and initiative. Many students asked questions, shared their ideas, and sought to learn more about career opportunities at KGNT.

In addition, we invited several students from this fair to participate in an internship program. We are confident that this will be an excellent start to their professional development and a valuable contribution to our team.

The Company’s integrated management system, certified by Bureau Veritas since 2006, has successfully passed its second supervisory audit for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

ESG ConferenceKGNT has participated in an independent conference on sustainable development – the Kursiv ESG Conference.

This event has become an important platform for exchanging experiences between businesses, experts, and government representatives.

The sessions were dedicated to the implementation of sustainable development principles and the development of ESG practices in the corporate environment.

The company has gained valuable knowledge about modern approaches to ESG reporting, environmental responsibility, and social initiatives.

We are planning to apply the ideas we have received in our work to improve our internal processes, increase transparency, and strengthen culture of sustainable development.

Employees of the Council of Young Specialists at KGNT held a wonderful volunteer event! They organized fund raising and purchased heaters for the Shanyrak Social Services Center. The participants personally visited the center, delivered the heaters, and received a certificate of appreciation and sincere gratitude from the center’s staff in return. This is an important contribution to creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for those who need support. We are proud of our team and their dedication!

ENGINEERING COMPANY “KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS” LLP congratulated its partners on the anniversary of SRDI Caspiymunaygas JSC and took part in the international conference

At the ceremony dedicated to the anniversary of SRDI Caspiymunaygas JSC Sergey Evenridovich Donskov delivered congratulations and warm words on behalf of the Сompany and Murzabek Akhmetovich Kuangaliev spoke on behalf of the Holding Company KING JSC. KGNT participation in this significant event once again confirmed our commitment to innovation, a responsible approach to design, and our desire to develop the industry together with leading partners.

Energo University hosted the Energy Vibes 2.0 event, which was attended by our Company’s General Director, Alexandra Bekisheva. This event brought together top managers of lead energy companies and students to discuss current industry trends and address key questions from young professionals.

The event’s organizer, Supros, a university partner, set itself the goal of showing students the opportunities available in the energy sector and the importance of their professional growth.

The meeting became an excellent platform for experience sharing and inspiring the next generation of energy professionals. We would like to thank all participants for their active engagement and insightful discussions!

ALMATY MARATHON

🏃♂️ The KGNT RUNNING TEAM team has conquered the Almaty Marathon 2025 track! We took part in the Ekiden 42 km team relay and showed excellent results – we took 25th place among 109 teams and improved our result from last year 💪🔥.

But our achievements don’t end there! Our colleagues also took the lead in the 10 km race and the 10 km Nordic walking, proving that the strength of the team lies in perseverance, support and unity.

🙏 Special thanks to the colleagues who came to support the team on the track. Your energy, loud applause and words of support gave strength to every kilometer and turned the race into a real team celebration!

🔹Our employees – Saule Baigaranova, Svetlana Gogulya and Tatiana Kim – actively participated in a large-scale workshop arranged by the State Revenue Department of Almaty and dedicated to clarification of the new RoK Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
🔹The event was held on September 19, 2025 in the Congress Hall of the Atakent Park Hotel. The speakers were authorized representatives of the RoK Ministry of Finance and the State Revenue Committee.
🔹We would like to thank the organizers for the opportunity to improve skills and are confident that the acquired knowledge will become an important tool for the effective operation of our company in the face of new tax requirements.
