Bekzat
Bekzat has a bachelor’s degree in project management from Fatih University (Istanbul, Turkey).
Mr. Usserbayev began his career in 2010 in Borusan Holding (Turkey) in the Project Management Department as a project engineer.
From 2011 to 2012 he worked in Agip KCO in the Kashagan Project Engineering Department as a specialist and was responsible for monitoring the flow of Kashagan project documentation, distributing documents from suppliers and contractors among discipline engineers.
In PSN KazStroy, Mr. Usserbayev worked in the engineering department as a Senior Project Engineer for contracts with North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC) for the period from 2012 till 2016. During his work for PSN KazStroy, Bekzat was involved into more than 31 offshore and onshore projects. He delivered 17 projects (from the alternative selection phase to commissioning).
Since 2016, Bekzat has joined KGNT, starting his career from a Project Engineer to Managing Director for Project and Construction Management.
Bekzat’s distinctive characteristics are his expertise in managing international projects, knowledge of economics and management for the effective execution of assigned tasks. A key factor of his success is a clear predetermined plan, minimizing risks and deviations from the plan, and effective change management.
Mr. Usserbayev was awarded an honorary diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the development of the oil and gas and energy complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
