– Donor Day – was held in KGNT

Our new tradition – Donor Day – was held in KGNT. Observing all sanitary and safety standards, a mini-laboratory was installed in KGNT office, where each donor could check his/her:

– blood group

– Rh factor

– Hemoglobin level

– Kell factor

There were quite a few volunteers at the head office. Thanks to everyone who joined us today ✨ Are you ready to be a donor next time? 😉

Successfully completed the training of the second module of the “KAIZEN” system – Hoshin Kanri.

Successfully completed the training of the second module of the “KAIZEN” system – Hoshin Kanri. KGNT sent 27 employees – first and middle managers and this is just the beginning! The module allowed us to get to know everyone from the best side and only proved what a close-knit #KGNTDREAMTEAM team we have, thanks to which the goals, vision, values and mission of the Company will become even more significant for each of us.

KGNT Color Fridays

Fridays in our office are now even more joyous! We are introducing a new tradition – Color Fridays. Without thinking twice, we have decided that for the first color Friday we will choose the most extraordinary and perhaps the brightest color! The color of this Friday is PINK and all its shades. As we can see, everyone liked the new tradition – we will continue doing the same way. Share your ideas in the comments, which next colorful Friday would you like?

Employees of KGNT have been assigned the status of qualified engineering and technical employee.

The new year opened up new goals and prospects for us in the engineering industry and not just that. In order to achieve complex, interesting and large projects, the Company nurtures employees, investing much effort in developing and educating highly qualified specialists. Thus, many of our employees have been assigned the status of qualified engineering and technical employee (ETE), which allows us to perform quality work and implement the most interesting projects for many years. Well, the most important and valuable thing is people who are committed to the same high goals as the Company. The first person in our section is Dina Amankeldikyzy Omirzak, a daughter of our employee Amankeldi Omirzakuly Amanzhol who is a civil supervisor for piping at the Tengiz location.

Dina was noted in the compendium “Leader of the 21st century” – a book about 100 best students of Kazakhstan – talented guys who, despite their young age, have excellent ingenuity and high-quality knowledge. Congratulations, Dina! We wish you great success in all your endeavors and will always be happy to give you the opportunity to develop within the walls of our Company!

Company’s employees were awarded certificates of honor and letters

One of the brightest events of the past year was also the awards to our employees. Our Company’s employees from various departments and locations were awarded certificates of honor and letters of gratitude by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and, for sure, from KGNT.
