Training “HR Professional”

We are starting the new year with great news – Head of Recruitment, Adaptation and Training Department Ainur Zhailaubayeva has won an HR Professional Program grant at HR Certification Center by completing the full training course and successfully undergoing all the certification steps, confirmed her qualification level and been awarded an HR Professional certificate of conformance according to the professional standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The training lasted over two months (120 academic hours), the certification consisted of a 4-hour exam and project defense before recognized  third-party HR experts.

KGNT is very pleased to nurture the best professionals in their field. We hope the new knowledge will be useful and actively used to improve the Company’s processes. On behalf of the entire KGNT team, we congratulate Ainur and wish her further success!

Happy New Year

Подводя итоги уходящего года и встречая наступающий, наша команда продолжает активно принимать участие в ежегодных добрых традициях.

Напомним, мы создали Календарь чудес – каждый день последней рабочей недели этого года в КГНТ наполнен событиями. Среда называлась «День доброты».

Этому дню предшествовали несколько недель подготовки и сбора средств. Итогом слаженной работы всех неравнодушных коллег и Совета молодых специалистов стали довольные лица детей онкологического медицинского центра ORHUN и ветерана Великой Отечественной Войны Лидии Филипповны.

В этом году мы собрали больше, чем в предыдущем: для детей медицинского центра 110000 тенге, для ветерана ВОВ 79000 тенге. Для 20 подопечных детского центра были куплены новогодние подарки, для Лидии Филипповны медикаменты и продукты.

Выражаем огромную благодарность каждому, кто приложил усилия, время и средства во благо хоть и небольшого, но новогоднего чуда. Спасибо за то, что позволяете добрым традициям КГНТ быть.

New Year kind traditions of KGNT

Help to fund “KotoPes”

This year, nice New Year’s KGNT traditions began with helping homeless dogs and cats from the KotoPes shelter.

With involvement of caring employees of KGNT, the amount has been raised and spent on 8.3 kg of dog food and 120 pouches of cat food. Many of our employees donated blankets, sheets, toys and other textile materials, which will help making the stay of injured, operated and homeless animals in the shelter a bit more comfortable.

We express our gratitude to all colleagues for their care and kotopes fund for every effort they make to help our four-legged friends.

Currently, the fund has 60 cats and 20 dogs in the shelter, who are hoping to find home. Every one of us can give them this opportunity or help the animals financially and save a life.

KGNT Atyrau volleyball team won the third place

Not only KGNT Head Office but also employees at locations keen on the sport life. Great news – KGNT Atyrau volleyball team won the third place in the Sports Contest to mark the 30th anniversary of TCO. Team members were awarded medals and certificates.

On behalf of the entire team, we congratulate our volleyball players and thank everyone for active participation in the Company sports life!

#БудущееПоколениеКГНТ

Today we are sharing great news and achievements of children of our employees in #FutureKGNTGeneration section. Tamara Belenkaya, Alexandra Bekisheva’s daughter, and her dance partner Daniil Kuznetsov represented Kazakhstan at World Sport Dance Championship in Portugal, and won the bronze medal on behalf of our country! The Championship took place on November 12 and gathered participants from 30 countries. Our guys made a great breakthrough and became the third best among the dance duets all over the world!  This is the best result of Kazakhstan so far in Juniors category. Congratulations to Tamara and Daniil from the entire KGNT team!
