25 декабря 2019 года в главном офисе ТОО «ИНЖИНИРИНГОВАЯ КОМПАНИЯ «КАЗГИПРОНЕФТЕТРАНС» состоялся корпоративный тренинг по тайм-менеджменту. Под чутким менторством известнейшего в мире бизнес-тренера Глеба Архангельского, наши коллеги постигали тонкости управления временем.
В рамках тренинга обсуждались такие важные темы как баланс «рабочее-личное», целеполагание, цифровые помощники, возможности максимально эффективного распределения драгоценных секунд и минут.
По окончанию учебного мероприятия, Глеб с радостью оставил памятные пожелания и автографы для сотрудников, а сам получил от команды КГНТ подарок в память о замечательном дне.

ENGINEERING COMPANY KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS LLP successfully passed the international IPMA Delta® certification.

KGNT is one of the few organizations in the world that has confirmed compliance with the high competence class IV – “Managed” and the first and only certified organization in the world to have the IV competence class according to the new IPMA Delta® V 4.0 standard.

The Kazakhstan Project Management Association granted a certificate certifying that the organization has standards, structures and processes for managing projects, programs and portfolios that are applied throughout the organization and are supervised by management.

The assessment was carried out by Sergey Dmitrievich Bushuev (Ukraine), D.Eng.Sc., professor, an academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, the New York Academy of Sciences, a member of the Board of Directors of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the head of the group of international assessors IPMA Delta, the leading assessor, and Svetlana Viktorovna Murzabekova (Kazakhstan), Ph.D. in Economics, IPMA (A), MBA, IPMA Delta assessor. The assessment was also attended by the Director of the Kazakhstan Project Management Association for, Ph.D., associate professor, project manager of IPMA – Mayra Khabizhanovna Khusainova (Kazakhstan) and the head of the KPMA certification center – Rakhmatullo Saydullaev (Kazakhstan).

The international assessment of the project management competence class and certification of the organization according to the IPMA Delta® model is an independent assessment of the real success and potential ability of the organization to manage projects in accordance with international standards and best practices. This is a globally recognized high level of management and quality management of projects, programs and portfolios. Certified organizations are entered into a single international registry. IPMA Delta® is recognized in more than 70 countries.

On December 9, 2019, a meeting with representatives of the leading Korean company OSUNG PLANT on trade, economic and business cooperation was held at Almaty Headquarters. As a result of the landmark meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between ENGINEERING COMPANY KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS LLP and OSUNG PLANT Co., LTD.

OSUNG PLANT has extensive experience in implementing projects overseas, such as TCO Chevron, Inpex, Statoil, DynaGas, etc. The signing of a memorandum of cooperation will allow start a strategic partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

KGNT achieved a new safety result – 8,000,000 incident and injury free man-hours!

KGNT achieved a new safety result – 8,000,000 incident and injury free man-hours! This event took place thanks to the Safety 360 program put in place in the company, as well as the joint efforts of a huge team in the field of occupational safety. The Safety 360 program is aimed at improving the culture of safe work and minimizing the impact of hazardous factors on the life and well-being of employees and their families.
In honor of this event, the company prepared souvenirs for each employee for their commitment and contribution to the overall development of a safety culture.
The administration of the company in each of its appeals bears a single thought: “Safety begins with ourselves, so let’s not show indifference to others and make more efforts by observing safety rules for ourselves and our loved ones!”

On November 29 this year, the first meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council

On November 29 this year, the first meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council established by the International Green Technologies & Investments Center NСJSC was held.
The independent expert commission of the Scientific and Technical Council included leading scientists in the field of engineering, young specialists who had internships under the Bolashak program, major production specialists, business representatives from the Atameken Scientific and Production Enterprise, government officials, deputies of the Mazhilis and Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From KGNT, the Independent Expert Commission included the Managing Director of Innovation and Marketing – Gennadiy Aleksandrovich Tarassov and the Chief Project Engineer – Evgeny Ivanovich Shatov.
The STC will work in the areas of “Waste Management”, “Sustainable Energy Resources”, “Sustainable City (green infrastructure)”, “Sustainable Agriculture”, “Ecology, Environmental Protection”. STC will evaluate how effective the proposed technologies are, their adaptability to local conditions, etc.
IGTIC – International Green Technologies & Investments Center NСJSC was created on the initiative of the first president, Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, to continue and develop the scientific and technological heritage of the ASTANA EXPO-2017 exhibition in April 2018.

Tadeoz Davidovich Mandariya, Deputy CEO for Overseas Projects of KGNT, our colleague, friend and partner, passed away

“ENGINEERING COMPANY “KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS” LLP regrets to inform you that Tadeoz Davidovich Mandariya, Deputy CEO for Overseas Projects of KGNT, our colleague, friend and partner, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2019.

Having undergone all the stages of engineering and managerial positions in designing and organizing the project production with dignity, Tadeoz Davidovich continuously headed Kazakhstani Design Institutes. Since 2004, Tadeoz Davidovich held the position of Engineering Director and then CEO of KGNT for 5 years.

Between 2009 and 2012, he directed Shymkent Oil Refinery Upgrading and Revamping Project, and since 2012 onwards led international projects, representing the interests of KGNT in Joint Venture KPJV in Farnborough at Future Growth Project for Tengiz field and other projects implemented overseas.

Tadeoz Davidovich made an invaluable and important contribution not only into the development of the Company but also into that of the oil, gas and energy industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole.  The merits of Tadeoz Davidovich were recognized with honorary titles and departmental awards of Government bodies such as «Honored Builder of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and «Honored Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

Tadeoz Davidovich was not only professional in his craft for KGNT, but also an unrivalled mentor and wise leader, and his activity, cheerfulness, as well as entrepreneurial spirit and determination are an example for us.

Tadeoz Davidovich will remain forever in the history of the Company and Industry as a powerful worker and strong leader.  Considering him as our Company’s pride, we will make every effort to save and increase the knowledge and skills we received from him in our industrial activities.

The blessed memory of Tadeoz Davidovich will forever remain in our hearts.

A meeting with the Czech delegation was held at the head office of KGNT in Almaty, which included guests from the trade and economic department of the Embassy of the Czech Republic – Petr Jurchik and Elmira Turgayeva, the Czech trade support agency CzechTrade – Marek Zmrzlik, as well as representatives of leading companies: DIMER , Benvig Heat Transfer, FASTRA, DEKONTA, StemCon, Královopolská, SIGMA GROUP, AO MSA. During the meeting, company representatives made presentations about their activities, issues of interaction and cooperation were discussed. Mrs. Alexandra Bekisheva KGNT CEO personally thanked the guests for the visit and interest in KGNT, and also expressed interest in further cooperation. After completing the official part of the meeting, the guests were shown the technology of the VR room.

А meeting of the Coordinating Council for Human Capital Development of KAZENERGY Association was held in Nur-Sultan. The meeting was attended by representatives of KGNT – Irina Shparvasser, Acting Head of HR Department and Ainur Zhailaubayeva, Chief Recruitment Specialist.
The general theme of the Coordinating Council was set by the presentation of the new country project “Kazakhstani New Professions Atlas” presented by the Head of the Project on Development of Kazakhstani New Professions Atlas, Head of Education Center of BTS Digital Sayasat Nurbek.
The Coordinating Council introduced the practice of studying the best practices of companies in the field of human capital development. For the purpose of knowledge management in the field of best practices of dual training, it is recommended to develop guidelines synthesizing the experience of the Association members.
Ernst & Young Academy conducted a Workshop on “Behavioral Styles DISS®” for the members and participants of the meeting of the Coordinating Council. After the Workshop, Irina Shparvasser and Ainur Zhailaubayeva and all participants of the meeting received certificates.
