Workshop on Clarification of the New RoK Tax Code

🔹Our employees – Saule Baigaranova, Svetlana Gogulya and Tatiana Kim – actively participated in a large-scale workshop arranged by the State Revenue Department of Almaty and dedicated to clarification of the new RoK Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
🔹The event was held on September 19, 2025 in the Congress Hall of the Atakent Park Hotel. The speakers were authorized representatives of the RoK Ministry of Finance and the State Revenue Committee.
🔹We would like to thank the organizers for the opportunity to improve skills and are confident that the acquired knowledge will become an important tool for the effective operation of our company in the face of new tax requirements.

Conference

International Industrial Explosion Protection Technical Conference was successfully held in Shanghai on September 12, 2025, bringing together leading industry experts and representatives of companies from all over the world.

The conference arranged with the support of WAROM TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATED demonstrated the latest achievements in technical standards and explosion protection testing technologies.

As part of this event, our employees Aidos Demessin, Zhuldyz Adalbekova and Bolatbek Akhmetuly took an active part in the conference, which allowed them to strengthen partnerships and exchange experiences with international colleagues. KGNT is a participant in the General Assembly of the UN Global Compact Network in Central Asia.

KGNT is taking a step into the global future!

We recently joined the UN Global Compact and have already become members of the General Assembly of the UN Global Compact Network in Central Asia, which was held on 27 August in Almaty.

Participating companies gathered at the UN Plaza to determine sustainable development priorities and form a Board of Directors.

For KGNT this marks the beginning of a new chapter: we are becoming part of an international movement where business is changing the world for the better.

KGNT among the participants of Kazakhstan’s largest petrochemical project

 

A new partner has joined the 1.2m.t Polyethylene Plant Project in Kazakhstan being executed by Tecnimont S.p.A (Italy) and SINOPEC Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. (China) as EPC contractors – “ENGINEERING COMPANY “KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS” LLP (KGNT).

 

On August 12, 2025, KGNT signed a contract with SINOPEC Shanghai Engineering to carry out a part of the detailed design works and harmonization of project solutions to Kazakhstani norms and standards.

 

For KGNT, this contract is not only an important achievement but also a recognition of the professional expertise of Kazakhstani engineers at the international level. We are honored to contribute to the implementation of a project of strategic significance for the national economy and in strengthening Kazakhstan’s position in the petrochemical industry.

Construction of the Second Line of the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent Main Gas Pipeline We are pleased to inform you that works have started on the Construction of the Second Line of the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent Main Gas Pipeline (BBS-2). The project is being implemented as part of strategic agreements between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State of Qatar and is aimed at developing the country’s gas transportation infrastructure. The General Client is the joint venture between QazaqGaz JSC and UCC Holding (Qatar) – UCC BBS 2 LLP. ILF Kazakhstan LLP has been selected as the General Contractor, and ENGINEERING COMPANY “KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS” LLP (KGNT) has been invited as an Engineering Subcontractor. The BBS-2 Project represents a crucial step in expanding the transport capacity of the existing First Line of the BBS gas pipeline, contributing to Kazakhstan’s energy security and sustainable economic growth. KGNT expresses its gratitude to its partners for their trust and is proud to be involved in the implementation of such a significant national infrastructure project.

Life outside the office

🏊♂️ Konstantin Dotsok is more than just an architect—he’s a true champion! Konstantin is an essential member of our company: he helps design the future. Beyond architecture, he shares another passion—open water swimming.

On June 22, Konstantin took part in the KRIDA Open Water interclub championship, which took place at the Kapchagai Reservoir. He bravely took on the 2-kilometer distance and completed it with dignity! This requires more than just physical training, as well as a strong spirit — the qualities that Konstantin applies every day in his work and in sports. 👏 We are proud to have such versatile and inspiring people among us.
