During this meeting, Alexandra Bekisheva, CEO of EC KGNT LLP, delivered a presentation on the strategic importance of developing domestic engineering and its role in the Kazakhstan economy. Today, our country is implementing large-scale projects in the oil and gas, energy, mining, petrochemical and infrastructure sectors. The engineering design is a stage where key technological solutions, project costs and future effectiveness are being set. In her speech, Alexandra emphasized the importance of developing Kazakhstan’s own engineering competencies—developing digital engineering, implementing AI, training strong specialists and expanding the participation of domestic companies in major projects. KGNT perceives the development of domestic engineering as an investment in the country’s technological future.

KGNT recently held its 2026 Mid-Year Town Hall, this time with a creative twist inspired by the popular Let Them Talk TV talk show.

The event was hosted by Alexandra Bekisheva, CEO of KGNT, who led an engaging discussion focused on what matters most—our results, achievements, projects, and, above all, the people who make them possible every day.

Throughout the event, department heads and employees joined the stage to share their accomplishments, highlight the key milestones of the first half of the year and answer questions from the host.
