KGNT Welcomes Senior Management of WorleyParsons Kazakhstan
KGNT Engineering Company recently hosted a working visit by the senior management team of WorleyParsons Kazakhstan, reaffirming the strong and long-standing relationship between the organizations and exploring opportunities for future collaboration on strategic projects in Kazakhstan’s energy sector.
The delegation was welcomed by KGNT Chief Executive Officer, Alexandra Bekisheva, who led discussions focused on strengthening cooperation, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding participation in major energy and industrial developments across Kazakhstan.
The visiting delegation was led by Akshay Sawant, General Director of WorleyParsons Kazakhstan LLP.
During the visit, the guests toured KGNT’s offices and were introduced to the company’s operations, project delivery methodologies, corporate culture, safety performance, and professional practices. Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation, identifying future business opportunities, and enhancing collaboration on major projects within Kazakhstan’s oil and gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors.

On June 2, 2026, Senior Management of «ENGINEERING COMPANY «KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS» LLP (KGNT) attended a closed business reception organized by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken” at the Ritz-Carlton Astana as part of the official visit of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to Kazakhstan.

The reception was held as part of a high-level business mission from Hong Kong to Kazakhstan, bringing together representatives of major companies and financial institutions. A key outcome of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Serik Zhumangarin, further strengthening economic and business cooperation between Kazakhstan and Hong Kong.
