We optimize and consolidate deliveries taking into account the work schedule at the facilities. Legal verification of supply contracts. We provide continuity of work at the facility. PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

We carry out a detailed comprehensive analysis of all the Commercial proposals received by us from Suppliers. A special Methodology is applied, which through the application of a number of specialized criteria allows a comprehensive comparison of the same type of equipment and materials from various suppliers. We select only those Suppliers whose delivery conditions, equipment and materials fully satisfy the high requirements that we unconditionally follow.

SUPPLIERS DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Years of experience in the field of Engineering and equipping technically complex facilities allowed us to accumulate and keep up to date a significant amount of information on Suppliers of various types of equipment and materials. The database of suppliers is constantly updated with the most modern and verified information.

COST CONTROL

We pay great attention to the issues of controlling associated costs, both in the short and long term. This concerns issues of the cost of logistics procedures, payment schedules, availability of spare parts and consumables. This ensures the most optimal distribution of resources and funds during the implementation of large projects.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Work with suppliers is carried out only based on contractual obligations. Third-party obligations of Suppliers, in the framework of after-sales and warranty services, may continue after the transfer of objects to the Client. The Client together with the Object receives long-term qualified third-party support from the Suppliers according to the Agreements provided on our part.

SPARE PARTS COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT

We carry out numerical estimates in advance by the number of necessary and sufficient spare parts. We give the Client preconditions and schedules, according to which he should inform the Parts Suppliers in advance about the need to prepare for the supply of well-known spare parts and consumables. This also applies to regular maintenance issues.
