Construction of the Second Line of the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent Main Gas Pipeline We are pleased to inform you that works have started on the Construction of the Second Line of the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent Main Gas Pipeline (BBS-2). The project is being implemented as part of strategic agreements between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State of Qatar and is aimed at developing the country’s gas transportation infrastructure. The General Client is the joint venture between QazaqGaz JSC and UCC Holding (Qatar) – UCC BBS 2 LLP. ILF Kazakhstan LLP has been selected as the General Contractor, and ENGINEERING COMPANY “KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS” LLP (KGNT) has been invited as an Engineering Subcontractor. The BBS-2 Project represents a crucial step in expanding the transport capacity of the existing First Line of the BBS gas pipeline, contributing to Kazakhstan’s energy security and sustainable economic growth.
