Future Growth Project Recognition Silver Award

Alexandr Chesnokov, KGNT’s employee, was presented with the FGP Recognition Silver Award for being very proactive, demonstrating supportive behavior to business partners, and having great leadership and flexibility to work on dynamic execution which helped meet delivery Waypoints & Milestones and successfully accomplish Y2022 with 0 SIF in the project. Alexandr steps up and proactively worked to develop resource plans for post-MC activities, execution sequence, schedule, and cost estimate for the fencing installation, DCNs and Thermal testing support activities.
TCO recognized that our employee had great input in cost-saving on 3GI fencing installation.
