НЕФТЕХИМИЯ, НЕФТЕПЕРЕРАБОТКА, ГАЗПЕРЕРАБОТКА И ХИМИЧЕСКОЕ ПРОИЗВОДСТВО
Реализация программы модернизации НПЗ позволило значительно увеличить выход высококачественных светлых нефтепродуктов при переработке нефти, насытить рынок высококачественным топливом, повысить экономическую и технологическую независимость РК, достичь современных стандартов по охране окружающей среды, промышленной безопасности и охране труда, экономии ресурсов и энергосбережению.
В рамках реализации программы модернизации НПЗ завершено строительство новых технологических установок – установки каталитического риформинга с непрерывной регенерацией катализатора, установки производства серы (Павлодарский НХЗ), установки гидроочистки дизеля и керосина (ПКОП г. Шымкент), установок изомеризации бензина (ПНХЗ и ПКОП), комплекса по производству бензола и комплекса глубокой переработки нефти (Атырауский НПЗ), а также реконструкция существующих технологических установок и объектов ОЗХ.
Основными задачами модернизации заводов являются:
– Достижение стандартов на топливо Евро V
– Повышение глубины переработки нефти до 90%
– Увеличение мощности нефтеперерабатывающих заводов.
Заказчик – Павлодарский нефтехимический завод
Завершены следующие проекты:
- Увеличение производительности c 6 до 7,5 млн. тонн/ год по переработке сырой нефти;
- Увеличение глубины переработки нефти до 90% и более;
- Улучшение качества выпускаемой продукции до соответствия требованиям стандарта Евро – 4 и выше
Заказчик – Шымкентский нефтеперерабатывающий завод
Завершены следующие проекты:
- Увеличение производительности c 6 до 7 млн. тонн/ год по переработке сырой нефти;
- Улучшение качества выпускаемой продукции до соответствия требованиям стандарта Евро – 4 и выше.
Модернизация заводов позволит обеспечить выпуск моторных топлив классов К4, К5 в соответствии с требованиями Технического регламента Таможенного Союза, а также значительно сократить выбросы вредных и загрязняющих веществ. В результате реконструкции и модернизации мощности заводов по переработке нефти составят 16,6 млн. тонн в год, появится возможность выпускать нефтехимические продукты (бензол и параксилол) и значительно увеличить выпуск светлых нефтепродуктов.
