Accountant for banking, cash operations and advance reports

  • Analysis of the expediency of bid participation and preparation of relevant information and documents for the management based on the analysis results;
  • Requesting necessary bid documentation, studying its requirements and information support;
  • Developing and compiling of bid proposal for bids in which the Company participates, considering full compliance of the complete bid package with the requirements of Company internal procedures for bid preparation, as well as the requirements specified by Client in the instructions to bidders or documents of similar nature, and further execution;

Responsibilities:
  • Introduce the engineering team to the Customer;
  • Coordinate the verification and issuance of comments on the concept / basic design provided by the client;
  • Manage design work at the stages of conceptual / basic, Project and detailed design up to the approved for construction status;
  • Manage the necessary reporting approved by the company and ensure design documentation are submitted on time on schedule;
  • Manage the processes and procedure for making changes to the project;
  • Evaluate proposed changes in the scope of design work and corresponding costs and periods;
  • Ensure compliance with the quality control requirements of the company and the project;
  • Check compliance of the project with contractual obligations;

Department of 3D technologies

Responsibilities:
  • Provide organizational and methodological guidance for all work performed by the department regarding the design, creation and commissioning of computer-aided design systems;
  • Organize research on design systems to determine if these can be used and investigate the problems of maintainig these systems in the organization;
  • Manage the creation and development of subsystems and components of design systems in accordance with the approved specifications, the development of classifiers, design and technological analysis of parts, drawings, parts assemblies, etc.;
  • Organize work on the creation of an information fund for design and technological purposes using progressive methods of information retrieval systems, document optimization, rationalization of their content and construction;
  • Organize, together with the design and process departments, the survey and analysis of computer-aided designs, the development of an information model for the design and technological preparation of the production process;
  • Supervise the development of instructions, methodological and regulatory documents related to the information support of subsystems and components of design systems, the development of network diagrams, the improvement of design systems and the design of processes;
  • Ensure acceptance testing of design systems, uninterrupted operation of the system and take prompt axctions to eliminate violations arising in the process of work;
  • Develop actions to improve the quality and reliability of design systems, expand the scope of its application, upgrade technical means being used;
    Provide methodological assistance to departments of the organization in terms of 3D designing;
  • Develop draft schedules for preventive maintenance of equipment assigned to the department;
  • Implementation of administrative and technical management of all work in the department, ensuring the implementation of decisions of the management of the design management unit and the company;
  • Provide organizational and methodological guidance for all work performed by the Department of 3D technologies;
  • Ensure the fulfillment of all production tasks assigned to the department of the required quality and on time;
  • Ensure the implementation of the approved plan for the scope of work;
  • Continuously improve the technology of production processes;
  • Take actions to duly receive specifications for the preparation of design documentation from chief project engineers and related departments;
  • Analyze design specifications to determine the scope of work;
  • Rationally distribute work between performers in accordance with the plan and schedule of work on the design of the facility and planning of work in the department;
  • Monitor the progress of work schedules within the department;
  • Ensure high production indicators and the level of productivity in the department;

  • Take actions to staff the department with employees according to the staff list;
  • Control over the timely execution of orders and instructions from the Deputy General Director for Design – Chief Engineer.

  • Knowledge of software: Hexagon (SP3D, SPF, др.), Aveva , AudoDesk, PDMS, etc;
