As we know, KGNT is implementing the KAIZEN system, which means that any processes must be continuously improved. The idea of the boxes is that if you have extra stationery and you do not use it, share it, and colleagues who may need something can always take any of the items in the box for personal use. The boxes installed in the office are optimizing the cost of stationery, introducing culture of sharing with colleagues, and allowing everyone to keep their workplace clean without overloading with unnecessary supplies.
