Responsibilities

WFP Coordinator ensures an effective workface planning program is being used on the 3GI plant in accordance with the Workface Planning Implementation Plan and with relevant contracts Exhibit H requirements. Promotes WFP objectives and practices through delivery of the FGP-WPMP Project Execution Plan. Meets the position Objectives and Key Performance Indicators. Personally responsible for ‘Zero Incident & Injuries’. Ensures that the project WFP program is being implemented across all targeted areas of the 3GI plant in conjunction with the 3GI construction. managers, superintendents and Contractors WFP teams. Establishes strong working relationships with Area Construction Management and Contractor WFP champions. Develops the Workface Planning Implementation Plan, taking into account the requirements of Exhibit H, into a cohesive WFP execution strategy across all applicable 3GI CWPs. Manages IWP coordination in support of the Path of Construction, CWP Installation Sequence Plan, and Schedule. Facilitates IWP scoping sessions, constraint removal sessions and IWP closeout meetings. Supports assigned WFP Facilitators and Contractor WFP planners with the development and assembly of IWPs, ensuring that safety, quality and efficiency at the Workface and that the broader principles as laid out in the Workface Planning Implementation Plan and in Exhibit H are considered in the planning process. Audits IWPs for completeness and compliance. Reviews Contractors WFP procedures for program compliance. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates, and implements HES programs to eliminate fatalities, injuries, illnesses, environmental damage, and financial losses.
• Routinely communicates with management regarding contractor performance.

• Conducts or directs research to mitigate hazards and evaluate loss-producing potential of given systems, operations or processes.
• Develops accident-prevention and loss-control systems and programs as required for projects.

HR Advisor- Personnel Relations

• Support the HR Supervisor in dealing with HR and personnel related matters.

• Maintain and customize policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant to site operations.
• Work closely with the HR Supervisors and Recruiting Supervisors to ensure the timely management of the PAF process covering position changes and promotions.
• Ensure the PAF database and tracking process is maintained accurately and kept up to date.
• Conduct employee relations surveys, collate data and prepare reports for management on employee related issues and morale.
• Supervise and ensure the development of the Personnel Relations Specialist.
• Maintain strong internal networks, seek feedback from personnel to monitor and advise on site morale.
• Monitor, analyze and make recommendations on solutions to personnel related issues with accordance with Project procedures and guidelines.
• Manage personnel processing time sheets, overtime requests, annual leave requests, ensuring that staff receive adequate support to get paperwork completed properly and on time.

• Identify the hand over sequence on a system by system, area by area basis, all scheduled to produce logically planned work completions for commissioning and start-up requirements

Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Electrical and Instrumentation construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements
• Ensure that Electrical and Instrumentation construction contractors working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions
• Responsible for the HES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule
• Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools applicable to the particular discipline and area of work
• In conjunction with the contractors’ supervision, planning engineers, and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule
• Inform the Discipline Superintendent on specific areas where the programme needs to be adjusted in accordance with site conditions and material deliveries
• Responsible for monitoring the discipline and timekeeping of contractors’ staff and labour in a defined work area, identifying any disciplinary action required, and informing the relevant Discipline Superintendent

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Russian and English languages.
