Professional competent personnel is a base of the growth both the company’s prosperity in whole and every member in particular. The expenditures for personnel education are the long-term investment to the human recourses. The Company appropriates about 6,0 mln. KZT every year for personnel training. There is a manager on the staff in the Company who arranges the personnel training courses.
