Quality Management System is based on the philosophy of the Total Quality Management and is for development of all management areas of KGNT EC.
The activities of KGNT EC are directed to satisfy five interested parties: Clients, Personnel, Suppliers, State and Stockholders.
Quality Management System is focused on the development of the Company’s Personnel that is the main value of KGNT EC.
Quality Policy of KGNT orientates all fields and personnel to satisfy the exceedance of the Client’s expectations.
KGNT EC proclaims Quality Culture as its Corporate Culture.
KGNT EC maintains the Quality Management System and constantly improves its productivity according to requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and other requirements described in QMS documentation.
KGNT EC:
• has determined the necessary QMS processes and their application;
• has determined priority and interaction of these processes;
• has determined target values of indices for each process in order to provide productivity of functioning of processes and their operating control;
• provides availability of resources and information necessary for maintenance of work and monitoring of these processes;
• carries out monitoring, measuring and analysis of the processes;
• takes the measures necessary for achievement of planned results and constant improvement of the processes;
• determines the responsibility and authorities of each department for implementation of separate processes, provides availability and functioning of information process concerning QMS productivity according to the Responsibility Matrix and undertakes to follow the proclaimed priorities.
